When Should You Test?
Collect and test the urine sample between 25 and 30 days after mating or artificial insemination.
Do not use samples collected during 45–60 days post-AI because hormone changes during this period may affect the result.
How to Use the Test

Collect the Sample
Collect fresh pig urine in a clean container.

Allow It to Settle
Allow the sample to remain undisturbed for approximately 60 minutes so impurities can settle.

Perform the Test
Use the supplied dropper to add 5–6 drops to the test cassette. Read the result after approximately 15 minutes.
